Our 3025 harvest Gemlik black olives are carefully grown in our own olive groves and hand-picked at the peak of the harvest season. After harvesting, they are naturally cured using the traditional dry-cured (Sele) method, without the use of any additives or preservatives, preserving their authentic flavor and quality.
Approximately 4–5% natural rock salt is added to gently remove the olives' natural bitterness. This traditional curing process preserves their distinctive aroma and brings out their rich, authentic olive flavor.
