After more than 25 years in the engineering industry, Mustafa Sarıkaya transformed the family olive groves he cultivated with dedication into a place centered on producing premium-quality olive oil together with his daughters.

Hilal Dülge brings her many years of corporate marketing experience to the Urlivia brand, overseeing every stage of the customer experience with a strong customer-focused approach.

Food Engineer Kübra Sarıkaya is responsible for all technical aspects of production, from olive oil processing to quality control.

To ensure sustainable and environmentally responsible production, we work closely with an agricultural engineer and respect the natural rhythm of the land.

At Urlivia, we bottle olives harvested from our own groves to produce pure, safe, and premium-quality olive oil. We carefully protect both the health of our customers and the well-being of our olive trees by ensuring that no harm comes to the trees or their branches during harvesting.

Our Gemlik and Domat olives are hand-picked without touching the ground. They are harvested early and cold-pressed immediately—without waiting—to preserve their freshness, flavor, and nutritional value. In our modern olive oil production facility, we work meticulously to deliver the highest quality products to your table.

After introducing our carefully crafted products to discerning customers across Türkiye, our goal is to represent our country in prestigious international olive oil competitions and continue sharing the taste of Urlivia with customers around the world.
